Beyond CM

Student Athlete Resources

Resources for Student Athletes

Catholic Memorial students pursue excellence in our classrooms as well as the field, court, or rink. Playing in the Catholic Conference, Massachusetts' most competitive MIAA league, our students know how to meet high expectations, often leading to options to continue their careers after they leave Baker St.

Recruiting Trends

We keep our students and families informed about trends in recruiting through conversations with our coaching faculty and with admissions professionals

Our counselors work in partnership with our coaches to provide clear, consistent feedback and support for aspiring collegiate student-athletes. We go beyond providing transcripts to prepare student-athletes to contact coaches or distinguish themselves through a college visit

NCAA Eligibility

Students who expect to compete at the Division I or II level need to create a profile with the NCAA Eligibility Center—we recommend athletes complete this in their junior year after receiving interest from DI or DII coaches unless otherwise directed.

Counselors work with students identified as potential college athletes to enroll in NCAA-approved courses and remain on the pathway to eligibility

Become a Man of Action at Catholic Memorial

CM prepares students for the rigors of college and beyond. While here, boys embark on service-learning opportunities, leadership development, and character formation programs inspiring them to become confident, courageous young men motivated to do good in the world.
