Mr. Michael Schell taught previously at Groton School and at St. Sebastian’s School, where he served as the Associate Director of College Counseling; taught AP US history, AP Government, and Theology; and head coached Varsity Baseball.
Mr. Schell is a graduate of Holy Cross, where he played baseball and was a 3-time Patriot-League All-Academic Team selection. He earned his Masters from Columbia University and founded the non-profit Cannonball Foundation dedicated to expanding student-athletes' college opportunities and leadership skills.
He works directly with families as well as oversee CM’s external relationships with colleges and universities. In this role, he works with our guidance staff, and our entire school community, on our college counseling process.
CM prepares students for the rigors of college and beyond. While here, boys embark on service-learning opportunities, leadership development, and character formation programs inspiring them to become confident, courageous young men motivated to do good in the world.
