Special Assistant to the President
Mr. Jack Moynihan serves as the Special Assistant to the President, a key advancement official.
Prior to returning to Baker Street, Jack was the Vice Chancellor of Advancement and Executive Director of the UMass Dartmouth Foundation at the University of Massachusetts, Dartmouth. In this role, he oversaw all development and alumni relations efforts, and executed a year-long, pre-campaign assessment for the university.
Previously, Jack was the Vice President of Alumni Relations and The Northeastern Fund at Northeastern University. He was a member of the leadership team that launched the successful Empower Campaign while overseeing an extensive annual Fund program and alumni outreach serving over 222,000 alumni throughout the world.
During his tenure, annual fund support grew dramatically while initiatives such as the Parents Fund, Student Philanthropy, Regional and International Chapters, and innovative fundraising and communication strategies were implemented.
Prior to his tenure at Northeastern University, Jack worked at Boston College and Tufts University in key alumni relations positions.
He is a graduate of Suffolk University and earned his Master’s degree in Public Administration from Northeastern University.
