Catholic Memorial tuition for the 2018-2019 school year is $20,700.
Scholarships are awarded upon admission. The CM admissions committee selects students for scholarship eligibility based on:
- Prior academic performance and future academic promise
- Excellent character evaluations
- Results of the entrance exam
- Potential of the student to contribute to the Catholic Memorial community
- Demonstrated interest in joining the Catholic Memorial community
No applications are available for CM scholarships; instead, every application for admission is reviewed for scholarship potential.
CM scholarships to the high school program are renewable for all four years, contingent on the student's grades satisfying the academic requirements of the scholarship. To be eligible for a high school scholarship, a candidate must take the Catholic Secondary Schools Entrance Exam in November or December.
Middle School Program scholarships are granted in seventh grade and are renewable in eighth grade contingent on the student's grades satisfying the academic requirements of the scholarship. CM Middle School scholarships are valid for grades seven and eight only. Several high school scholarships are then awarded to high-achieving students as they enter grade nine.
Scholarships are funded primarily through the generous donations of the CM community, including alumni, parents, faculty, staff, and friends.
In addition to merit-based scholarships, money is granted each year in the form of financial aid. The distribution of money is handled by our Financial Aid Committee and is based on:
- Financial need
- Academic promise and good character
- Potential of the student to contribute to the CM community
CM uses SmartAid to verify and compile family information. Families may apply online at the SmartAid website
. A nominal fee is charged by SmartAid for this service. Upon verification by SmartAid, the CM Financial Aid Committee reviews the results of the application.
Financial aid applications for current students and prospective students are due January 1, 2019.
