A Word From Mr. Ryan

Basketball means more in March.
From the MIAA Tournament to the NCAA Tournament, we find it hard to ignore the buzz here on Baker Street. So, why just watch the games? This March, I want to bring the Madness straight to you, our alumni.
On March 19, please join me in our inaugural March Madness Challenge for the Classes of 2003-2018. Since I started working here at CM in 2003, I’ve witnessed extraordinary acts of stewardship and generosity from each class. Now, in the spirit of March Madness, our school wants you to raise the competitive bar even higher.
The class with the highest donor participation rate to the CM Fund from March 19 to April 6 receives a reception in their honor as this year’s inaugural Champion Class. However, the road to a championship relies on more than just individual performances. At CM, we believe that each member of a team plays their own distinct role.
It’s what makes our CM Brotherhood great.
To remind us of this mission,I promise to match each donor  during our inaugural challenge. Together, our collective gift will shape the next great class of Knights into champions off the court.
Please remember that Baker Street needs your support now more than ever. Gifts to the CM Fund support scholarships, faculty development, curriculum, class retreats, and a broad range of extracurricular activities. As your former Dean of Students and Director of Admissions, I know firsthand the impact these programs left on each of you.
And, who knows? I may end up dancing somewhere other than the Garden floor this March.
The countdown for March 19 begins today. May the best class win! And of course, please remember to live Jesus in our hearts forever.

Mr. Tom Ryan P '21
Vice Principal
