Grades 10 & 11 Application Process


  • Transfer applications for the upcoming school year are accepted on a rolling basis beginning January 15.  

  • Applicants will be notified of a decision within three weeks after the final admission requirements have been completed.

  • Families can begin the financial aid process on November 1 each year.

Submit an Online Inquiry

To start the admissions process at Catholic Memorial, please submit an online inquiry form. You will be added to our email list for notifications of important events and deadlines.

Register for the Entrance Exam

Students who are applying to transfer into grades 10 or 11 are required to submit SSAT (upper level) or ISEE (upper level) scores, but CM is not a test site for either of these tests.  

Catholic Memorial's code for the SSAT is 2227 and the ISEE code is 222363.

Attend Open House

Open House is an opportunity for families to view Catholic Memorial School. Small, student-led tours will guide families through our campus, stopping for brief presentations by our academic departments.

Coaches, club moderators, and student representatives from our athletic teams and clubs will be available to answer any questions.

Catholic Memorial's next Open House will be held on Sunday, October 15, 2017.

Student Interview: All transfer applicants are required to sit for an interview with a member of the Admissions Committee. Once the preliminary application has been submitted, the Admissions Office will contact you to schedule an interview.

Knight for a Day: All prospective transfer students are encouraged to become a Knight for a Day to experience the day in the life of a CM student. To schedule a Knight for a Day visit, please contact the Admissions Office at 617-469-8019.

Complete an Application

To apply to Catholic Memorial, all applicants will need to create a Ravenna account. Ravenna is a web-based application for paperless submission of online applications. It allows applicants to manage and complete their application and supplemental forms.
