Phil Rossi '09 struck out 14 and Joe McCarthy '10 struck out 5 as CM opened its season strong. Leading the offense: Trevor Boyce '09 (2 singles, 1 triple), John Gorman '11 (2 doubles, home run), Matt Gorham '11 (2 singles, 1 double), Kevin Walsh (2 singles, 1 double).

Matt Goreham '11 pitched a complete game, striking out 12. Offensively, Goreham also brought in the winning run with a single in the bottom of the 6th inning. Brian Glasheen '09 added two hits and two RBIs.
