Golf
The Catholic Memorial golf team won its first South Sectional title in 1988 under Coach Douglas Foster. The team returned to prominence in 2006 with a South Sectional Championship under Coach Mark Bradley, junior Chris
Fitzpatrick and sophomore Travis Jonasson.
One of CM Golf's most distinguished alums is Allen Doyle ’66, who played both varsity hockey and varsity golf in his time at CM. Doyle went on to become a professional golfer, turning pro in 1994, and in 1998 he joined the Senior PGA tour. He became the oldest U.S. Senior Open Champion in history in 2006.
