Paul Endres and his wife opened their first ice cream shop in 1976 in Dennisport. They were looking for a way to be able to spend the summers on the Cape while he was teaching middle school in Milton.
Soon the business and his family began to grow. Before long there were three stores and five kids all working the business together. Now in its 35th year, the award winning business is still going strong. One son has stayed on full time and the others pinch in as needed. Endres employs about 125 kids in the summer for what has become a competitive position but often gives preference when he sees "CM" on the application.
